Share a Concern Form
Are you concerned about a student, faculty, or staff member?
Use this form if you want to share a general concern about a member of the VCU community's behavior or well-being with the Dean of Students office. For example, this could include significant changes in behavior, decline in academic performance, decline in personal hygiene, or disruptive classroom behavior. Additionally, use this form if need to report potential violations of the Student Code of Conduct or another university policy, including incidents that are motivated by prejudice or bias.
